Demonic Attraction out today!
What to do when you get antibiotics that mess with your head...write a wicked story about demons. This story flowed and it was a lot of fun to write too :)
Be warned it's a naughty story with an unusual take on m/f/m, oh and there is an HEA *grin*
Anya Sigurdson is counting down the days.
She works on an array orbiting a distant star completely alone and the isolation is seriously cramping her need for sex. She’s promised herself a wild time on a pleasure planet, but until her remaining thirteen days are up, then her own fingers will have to do…or so she thinks.
Damianos has other plans. Coming from a race of pure energy, Damianos, seeks pleasure in flesh and has an unusual talent. They can fracture into as many lovers as Anya needs. She is a joy, a rare find, and they intend to enjoy her, love her every chance they can. But to keep her they need something else, an anchor, another body for them to fix in her dimension.
And a prime candidate is on his way.

I have an announcement...
Rand has a secret. He's been bitten by one of the deadly shadow-snakes who also share the planet and he's changed. He will go to any lengths to see that he remains in charge of his planet, including using his alien abilities to convince Niamh to lie to her superiors. His plan is simple, but what he doesn't realise is that his venom is an aphrodisiac. With it, Rand has become irresistible.
Now Niamh must deny their overwhelming mutual attraction. But as their need for each other spirals out of control the danger becomes apparent. Rand will take her humanity, take who and what she is. Niamh has to make the choice. Turn him in. Or succumb to his forbidden temptation.

It's that time of the month again... hehe
My other half saw it this afternoon and now I want to go and see it too. Just watching it revolve is relaxing *sigh*
I'm a third of way through the school holidays, counting down the 4/5th September when the monsters go back to Nursey and School, LOL It might mean I get back on track with eveything, including my wips, which are, very oddly, breeding like rabbits.
One wip has been bugging me for a couple of weeks. LOST GODS is an sf romance (yes, I know I should be writing a contemporary right now, but sf and urban fantasy ~ with a good dollop of romance, has me by the scruff of the neck). I couldn't work out why it was so flat. I sorted out my motivation, gave my characters histories, but they were still flat. I couldn't work it out. They were about to die( they still are, actually hehe). You can't get a more motivating idea than trying not to die... and then I realised what it was.
My conflict was external. I'd lost the conflict between the characters; why they really cannot get on. They were happily working together to survive. Bad. Bad. Bad. So I'm looking forward to writing general sniping into the scene *grin*
The other wip, which jumped out of the ether because of the appalling Spike-ness of vampires when they're British (really, don't get me started... LOL), is THE RESURRECTIONISTS As yet I only have a general mish-mash of history, main characters and a prologue. But it looks like it's going to be fun *grin*
I'm also starting the count down to the release of TO SUMMON A DEMON
13 days and falling...
